TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MOONDARRA CHEESE PICNIC PACK GIVEAWAY

These terms and conditions are applicable to the Moondarra Cheese Picnic Pack Instagram competition (“the competition”).

1. Entries for the competition open at 10.00am (AEST), Monday the 19th November 2021.

2. Entries for the competition close at 10.00am (AEST), Friday the 26^th October 2021.

3. The competition is being conducted by Moondarra Cheese ABN 87087762927of 73 Bessemer Drive, Dandenong South VIC 3175.

4. To enter the competition, you must meet the following conditions:

• Entrants must like/follow the Moondarra Cheese (@moondarracheese) Instagram page.
• Entrants must ‘like’ the dedicated competition post on the Moondarra Cheese Instagram page (@moondarracheese)
• Entrants must write a comment under the post, tagging a friends account.
• Entrants must be a resident of Metro Melbourne, Metro Sydney, Metro Brisbane or Metro Gold Coast.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and not be an employee/family member of any of Moondarra Cheese, or anyone associated with Moondarra Cheese.

5. The prize consists of

• 1 Kollab Mini Picnic Mat
• 1 Kollab Cooler Bag
• An assortment of Moondarra products

6. The prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

7. The winner will be selected at random at 12:01pm (AEST) on Friday the 26^th November 2021, by the Moondarra Cheese marketing team.

8. The winner will be notified through direct message via Instagram once the competition closes. The winner will be required to supply their full name, email address, contact phone number and physical postal address.

9. The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated postal address within metro Melbourne, metro Sydney, metro Gold Coast or metro Brisbane.

10. The Promoter takes no responsibility if the prize is damaged, delayed or lost in transit (if applicable).

11. In the event that winners do not respond to the notification message within 24 hours, alternative winners will be chosen and notified.
